Tammy Spivey, Development Manager
After graduating from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering – Construction Option, Mrs. Spivey began her career in land development and construction. She started her career as Vice President of Production for a custom home builder in Cary, North Carolina. She has expanded her knowledge and experience of land development, permitting and construction by working with a commercial real estate developer as their Assistant Director of Planning & Pre-Development, a private engineering firm as their Entitlement Specialist, and the Town of Cary Engineering Department as their Engineering Development Review Manager.
In 2011, Mrs. Spivey joined Mr. Trask’s team as the Development Coordinator for Trask Land Company; she is now their Development Manager. Her projects include Southbridge, a 185 acre master planned development in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina; Vista Cay Village, an 82 lot residential community in Hubert, North Carolina; Poplar Branch, a 60 lot residential community in Surf City, North Carolina; Autumn Hall, a 336-acre mixed-use community in Wilmington, North Carolina; and Renaissance Market, a complex, grocery anchored centered in Wilmington, North Carolina. Mrs. Spivey manages and coordinates all disciplines to bring projects from concept to completion, including due diligence, budgeting, land planning, civil design, permitting, and construction.
